So you’re sitting watching TV on a Sunday night, the odor of wet dog slowly creeps up your nostrils. You reach down to pet the source of these displeasing aromas when you remember you don’t have a dog. Your carpets just stink!
Like any sane person, you’d rather not move from your nicely heated cushion on the couch for long enough to get out the shampooer (wouldn’t want to ruin that imprint you’ve been working on). So here’s a quick interim solution to have those carpets smelling nice until you get around to a full clean.
Simply take some baking soda. sprinkle it on the carpet (wherever the source of odour is), and go to bed. In the morning vacuum it up and enjoy your fresh smelling carpets!
